Dear A.G.N.E.S. Nursery parents,

We would like to inform you that A.G.N.E.S. Day Nursery's doors will be re-opening Wednesday, 2nd September 2020.

We will be operating at a slightly reduced timetable for hopefully a short period of time.  We have decided to keep our doors shut on Tuesday's until we have more interest in children attending on this day of the week. So if you would like to use the nursery on a Tuesday, please let the ladies know so that they can keep you informed of when this option is again available.

We are looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Yours sincerely,

A.G.N.E.S Staff and Trustees.

NOTICES

DROP IN SESSIONS STILL JUST £10

We are still offering drop in sessions for just £10. These are for all children and the child does not have to attend our nursery regularly. These are great for one off mornings or afternoons and a perfect opportunity to get some shopping done.

SNACKS

You will be required to bring a healthy snack for your child for each session, which means 2 snacks  if they are in all day.  Please remember we are a nut free nursery.

We encourage you to bring a piece of fruit and add it to our fruit basket on arrival. We thought this was a great idea to encourage children to try different fruits. If your child has a snack which you would like them to have please can you put their name on it before popping it into the basket.

Due to allergies we ask you not to bring nuts or nut based products into the nursery.

READY FOR AUTUMN

As the colder weather is upon us could you please send your child in with suitable named outdoor clothing, as we will still be using our outdoor area. Some of our walks we go on may become muddy so suitable footwear will be needed as well.

FUNDRAISING

Our fundraising this term will be our Christmas raffle. Any raffle donations would be greatly appreciated.

Also if you shop online for gifts, groceries or for the home and garden? Shopping online from Asda, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Amazon, the list really does go on and on. Please check our page on the easy fundraising website for donations that could be made, at no extra cost to you.

SAFETY REMINDER

The external door can only be locked from the inside. If a member of staff does not follow you to lock it please come back and ask someone to do this. Thank you.

PARKING

Please
remember to park with care and consideration at the Church making sure that people can get out of their drive ways and pedestrians can still use the path. Thank you for your co-operation with this matter.

HEAD LICE

Throughout your child's school life they may come in contact with head lice.
Please ensure to check your child's hair on a regular basis.

FEES

Please remember to pay your fees on time as we are a charity run nursery and rely on payments for rent and staff salaries.  If you have any questions regarding fees please contact Jane Jansen email jansen.92@outlook.com
